Liv 52 Side Effects

I would like to give a review of liv 52 and it's side effects. Iiv 52 is a product from himalaya. It was one of the best and most famous ayurvedic liver supplement in india. Liv 52 was relased by himalaya in 1955. From 1955 onwards it was a dominant product in the market. It is one among few products from ayurvedic that is recommended even by  allopathy doctors. Liv 52 tablets and syrup are available in the market. It used for liver related problems like viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, pre-cirrhotic conditions and early cirrhosis, radiation and chemotherapy-induced liver damage. It contains himsra, kasani, mandur bhasma, kakamachi, arjuna, kasamarda, but in the syrup form kamamachi is not there. Other than that all the contents in syrup and tablets are the same. Company says that they sold around 1 billion tablets and 13 million syrup bottles every year across the globe!!!.

i would like to give my experience with this product. When i had jaundice for the first time, one allopathy doctor prescribed me to take liv 52 and he has given some other tablets too. I used to take liv 52 in the morning time and in the evening time. He prescribed me some diet also but i consulted a ayurvedic doctor and he given some other ayurvedic medicines and my jaundice cured within 2 weeks. After that i didnt take liv 52 and other medicines that is given by my allopathy doctor  but after 3 months i had jaundice again. On the 2nd time, my bilirubin level was also really high and i consulted another allopathy doctor and he also prescribed me liv 52 and some other medicine. In the same time i consulted that aurvadic doctor (i consulted the ayurvedic doctor again is because i know with his medicine there will be a sudden decrees in the bilirubin level)  with the permission of my allopathy doctor and i had the medicine he given to me when i had jaundice for the first time. My jaundice got cured within one month but i still followed my allopathy doctors diet and i took liv 52 for around 6 months. Thanks to god after that i never had jaundice.

Liv 52 Side Effects

Most of the ayurvedic products in the market now a days are not 100 % ayurvedic. There are lots of chemicals added in most of the ayurvedic products to get better results. But this kind of chemicals may give better results but at the same time it may give some side effects also. It is really hard to find out a 100 % ayurvedic product. Liv 52 is a product that contains only ayurvedic materials. There is no side effect as of now for this ayurvedic product. When i asked my doctor about liv 52(he is in his 60's)  he told me that while he was doing his MBBS, at that time also doctors used to prescribe liv 52 for liver related problems and he told me that as of now, no one has found any side effect by this product. But higher dosage of this product may be harmful. So please don't use this product without consulting your physician.

Navratna Oil Review And Side Effects

I would like to give a Review about Navaratna oil. Navratna oil is one of the most famous aurvadic product in India. This product is owned by Emami group. I have used this oil many times and i know lots of customers those who are using this product. This product is used in most of the barber shops for head massage. This oil promises stress relief,relaxation and sense of rejuvenation. This oil gives all the promises given by it. If we use this oil once, we will feel like to use this oil again and again. This is one of my favourite oil. It is really good for head massage. This oil is a combination of 9 herbal medicines, that is why it's name is given as navratna. 9 herbal medicines used in it are japa pushpa, amla, bhringaraj, sailaja, kshir kakoli, pudina ka phool, nagarmotha, kunch, lata kasturi. Most of the people those who are used this product are fully satisfied with the product. This product can also used for body massage.

Now i would like to give my experiance with this product. I didn't know much about this product 1 year back. But i have seen several advertisement in TV about this product. One day i just gone to the barber shop to cut my hair. After cutting my hair they asked me whether i want a good head massage. Usually i used to do only hair cutting in barber shop but on that day i was really tired because i travelled a lot on that day. So i said "yes" to the barber. He showed me two hair oils one was navratna and another was some other hair oil and i chosen navratna because i saw some advertisement before, so navratna was familiar to me than the other oil. So he stared to do head massage with that oil. When he started to do head massage with navratna oil,
i started to get that cooling sensation and i felt really great with that oil. After doing that head massage i gone to my house. I think after 15 minutes i gone for bath and i used one aurvadic shampo on my head for washing my head. After bath i felt really fresh and after taking my dinner  i gone to sleep. I used to sleep really less, not more than 5 hours but on that day i slept for more than 7 hours. It was one of the best experiance i had. After that i bought this oil on the next day itself and i used to use this oil once in a week. Right now i am a big fan of navratna oil.


side effects

Few people have reported that they started to loss their hair by using this oil and few people have said that by using this oil their hair loss reduced!!!. So it has some negative and positive reports. I must tell you all one thing, it is not a oil that need to use daily. Once or twice in a week is ok. But if you are using  it daily,it may have some side effect. Another problem with this oil is some little bit of burning sensation may feel in your eyes. When you are doing head massage you have to be really careful. Navratna oil should not go to your face and eyes.

Kamilari Liver Supplement

kamilari is a ayurvedic product that is used for liver related problems. This is one of the most famouse ayurvedic product in kerala. Kamilari claims that it can recover the damaged liver cells and it can cure hepatitis. Anyway ayurvedic medicines are good for liver related problems like hepatitis because in allopathy there is no particular medicine, that can cure hepatitis. In allopathy, doctors used to say that some particular kind of diet is the only solution for hepatitis. If we follow that diet, hepatitis will cure but it may take at lease 45 days. There are some ayurvedic medicines that can be used for hepatitis and result is really fast, i know that because i had hepatitis A 2 times. But the problem with some ayurvedic medicines is that, there is a chance to get the hepatitis again. When the first time i had jaundice i consult  one ayurvedic doctor he gave me some medicine, it was some kind of liquid that is made by some kind of leafs. I got cured within 2 weeks by that medicine but it came again after 3 months. So it is always better to use ayurvedic medicines by consulting a allopathy doctor. Now you may think,why do i want to consult a allopathy doctor insted of  ayurvedic doctor because allopathy doctors know better than aurvadic doctors about the reacion of some particular medicines.
                                      In my case when i had jaundice for the second time i consulted my allopathy doctor before going to meet that  ayurvedic doctor and even my allopathy doctor called that  ayurvedic doctor to know about the medicine that he is giving. So after discussing with ayurvedic doctor my allopathy doctor told me to go ahead with the medicine that is givin by that aurvadic doctor. It seems that aurvadic doctor's medicine is made by some leafs that is good for liver. Even my allopathy doctor agreed with it. So it is always better to take the diet that is prescribed by the allopathy  doctor and at the same time with his permision you can take ayurvedic medicines that will be helpful for liver problems.

                                      When we are talking about kamilari, i know several people who used to use this product. They are using it just to protect their livers from liver related problems. They didn't get any side effect by the product but they are not regular users. We should know one thing first, it is a ayurvedic product and there may be some side effects by using this product in future. It depends on each person, some people have diabetics and some have some other kind of disease. So when you are taking ayurvedic product  like kamilari, you have to consult your doctor because kamilari and other medicines that you are using may react each other and some problem may come. If you are a healthy person who is not taking any medicines means, still you have to consult a doctor before using kamilari because for each aurvadic product there may be some side effect and it various from each person depends on his food habit, genes and lifestyle (may be kamilari dont have any side effect who knows). Why do you want to take risk!!!!!.So my strong advice is to consult a allopathy doctor before you use kamilari .

Dhathri Hair Oil Review

This review is based on a detailed study of dhathri hair oil. Ingredients in this product are neela amari, kayyoonni, alovera, keram, brahmi, nellikka, thannikka, kadukka, puranakittam coconut oil etc. First of all i would like to notice you all about the promises given by dhathri. They are saying that it is best for preventing hair loss,helps to maintain healthy and thick hair, stimulates the growth of new hair, Prevents premature graying and stimulates pigmentation, Protects the scalp and hair from damage from any disease, Gives a soft and healthy shine to the hairs, Prevents itching and scalp infection, Useful against baldness and dandruff,
Relieves tension and headache, Provides coolness to head, Gives sound sleep at night.

Will this product really gives all this ?

The answer is no. We can go through each of their promises. They says that it is the best for preventing hair loss. Hair loss is a common problem for millions of people in the world. It is because of their genetic problems, food habits, sudden enviornment changes and even because of lack of sleep and stress. I know around 7 people excluding me who used this product and only one among seven people  said that dhathri helped that user to prevent hair loss up to a extent. But that person is using one another oil right now because that user says it gives better result. Dhathri even instructs to do gentle massage before using the dhathri hair oil. Gentle massage on the head always good for head and for hair. That is the the reason why at least few people are getting some small amount of benefits from dhathri. But the creadit goes to the massage not to dhathri. If you put any other kind of oil like coconut oil and do some gentle massage on your head means that may give better result. It wont help to have thick hair and new hair growth. It will never prevents premature graying and stimulates pigmentation. It will never protect the scalp and hair from damage. But it gives a soft and healthy shine to your hair,that is true. If you are using coconut oil and a good shampoo(preferably dove shampo or chemical less shampoo) means you will get the soft and healthy shine on your hair. It will be never an answer for baldness and dandruff. I have used this product for around 2 months to cure my dandruff and hair loss but no use with it. They are saying that it can relieves tension and headache, it is the most funniest part in the promises. How can a hair oil relieves  tension and headache ?!.It will provides some coolness to head and few people even agreed that they used to get good sleep while using this product.but it smells horrible.
                                                              It is not a solution for the key problems like hair loss,baldness and dandruff. What ever that will get by dhathri can be get from a commom coconut oil. It is better to use a coconut oil rather than wasting your 140 rs for dhathri hair oil.
